Celtic Wedding planning

Guys, I need your advice.
Has anyone planned a Celtic Style Wedding? What did you think of first?
My sister is desperate about such a wedding and she even wants Celtic rings. As the groom almost doesn't care, I help her in choosing those, so we are browsing the net and looking for some accessories for this Celtic wedding.
